Step 4 - Verification: prototype, analyzes and instrumental tests

This OO's activity aims to create the BIM model and the prototype of the nZEM prefabricated modular system, as developed during the project. The realization of the model and the prototype will make it possible to evaluate the functional, mechanical, thermo-hygrometric and energy performances of the integrated envelope (OO2) and plant (OO3) components. In particular, in the prototyping phase, the coupling and connection systems between the sub-systems will be defined, evaluating and optimizing the times and costs of construction and installation of the housing module.

In detail, the activities carried out under this Operational Objective are as follows:

1. Realization of the façade prototype
2. Creation of the BIM model of the nZEM module
3. Analysis of energy performance and indoor comfort of the nZEM prototype
4. Market analysis, exploitation and IPR (business plan)
