Step 3 - Plant solutions

The activity of this Operational Objective involves designing the air conditioning and control system of the nZEM housing module. The goal of OO3 is to make the modular housing system energetically active and efficient by integrating BMS computer systems that allow for the control of energy flows passing through (solar radiation, air, heat flows, etc.) and indoor comfort depending on the external climatic conditions.

The activities carried out under Operational Objective 003 are as follows:

1. Analysis of the various contexts of use and integration strategies of plant engineering and monitoring and control systems
2. Design of the air conditioning and monitoring system
3. Analysis of the functional, energy, and environmental characteristics of the plant and BMS system
